Apparently, Pine will be starring in a show called Farragut North playing at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles from June 16 through July 26. In the mist of a presidential race, young press secretary Stephen (Chris Pine) is convinced his team can get their presidential candidate a seat in the oval office. Stephen's confidence is shattered when he becomes prey to a young intern, shadey politics, and manipulative veteran operatives. Farragut North is a story of loyalty, hubris, and the lust for power.
